This listing is for Persona 3 Reload for PlayStation 5, offered in new sealed condition with a loose disc inside the case.
The game is still factory sealed, but the disc is loose inside the case. Because the item remains sealed, the case has not been opened to reseat or inspect the disc. The loose disc issue is disclosed clearly so buyers know exactly what to expect before purchase.
This is best suited for a buyer who wants a sealed PS5 copy and is comfortable with the disclosed loose-disc condition. It may be better for someone planning to open and play the game rather than a collector seeking a perfect sealed display copy.
Please review all listing photographs carefully, as they are considered part of the item description and show the exact sealed game, case, seal condition, loose disc issue, packaging condition, and overall presentation.

This game is still sealed, but the disc is loose inside the case.
Because the packaging remains sealed, the case has not been opened to reseat the disc or inspect the playing surface. The disc may have shifted inside the case during storage, handling, or transport.
Buyer should be aware that loose discs inside sealed game cases can sometimes result in movement marks or unseen surface wear. Since the case has not been opened, the exact disc surface condition cannot be confirmed.
Although this copy is still new and sealed, it is not being represented as mint, flawless, grading-ready, or perfect collector-grade sealed condition because the disc is loose inside the case.
This copy is better suited for a buyer who wants the game and is comfortable with the disclosed loose-disc condition, especially if they plan to open and play it.
The game has not been opened, installed, or played by us.
Because the item is sealed, the disc has not been tested and the disc surface has not been inspected. Buyer should understand that the disc is loose inside the sealed case and cannot be checked without breaking the seal.
A sealed physical copy for buyers who prefer disc-based PlayStation 5 games.
A strong pickup for fans of the Persona series, JRPG collectors, PlayStation collectors, or buyers looking for this title on PS5.
Useful for buyers who want a sealed copy but do not require perfect collector-grade packaging.

Items are sourced from a wide range of channels including retail stores, liquidation lots, overstock inventory, estate sales, auctions, thrift stores, warehouse buyouts, video game lots, media collections, and secondary markets. Because of this, even items that appear new, sealed, unused, or shelf-ready may exhibit cosmetic imperfections or signs of handling. These can include, but are not limited to: case wear, cover art wear, loose discs, shrink wrap wear, scuffs, scratches, dents, creases, corner wear, edge wear, sticker residue, label markings, dust from storage, or other normal signs of handling.
Packaging may be distressed, imperfect, bent, creased, marked, sealed with flaws, or show handling wear, especially in cases of video games, media items, retail shelf inventory, overstock, liquidation, and secondary market goods. Items may previously have been handled for storage, display, transport, resale, inspection, photography, or inventory processing.
For sealed video games and media items, buyer should verify platform, edition, region compatibility, packaging condition, seal condition, disc condition expectations, and intended use before purchase. Sealed items with loose discs cannot be inspected internally without opening the package.
Buyer is responsible for verifying condition expectations, platform compatibility, edition details, packaging condition, seal condition, and intended use before purchase.
