The black bead at the bottom is Lavastone, a natural diffuser of scent.
Lavastone is naturally porous, so you can add a drop of your favourite essential oil to the lavastone bead and the scent will diffuse gently over approx a day, depending on the oil (I have found that very good quality oils can last for quite a while). Once the scent has faded, you can replace with the same or a different oil.
Red Jasper - A grounding stone and a stone of endurance.
Carnelian - Helps to boost your energy on days when the changing of the seasons is a little more challenging.
The charms are made from tibetan silver (lead & nickel free).
