What you need to do

• Cut & Program should be done from Locksmith guys, Toyota dealer or professional mechanic shop who doing key program

Shipping Terms

• Orders processed timely after the payment verification.

• We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your Shipping address.

• Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

• If you have not received your shipment within 10days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

• Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.

Refund & Return Policies:

• You don't need to cut keys for Any keys please don't cut before program.

• You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you refund or replacement. There are no exceptions.

• We will not accept any returns or refunds if you cut the key. It is your responsibility to check key shell properly once arrive to you before you cut the key and in case any defect you found please contact us immediately. All the returns postage must be paid by buyer and seller not responsibility to pay return postage

• All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.

• Re-stocking 20% will charge for when returning back and balance will refund you, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction on eBay or you may choose to have a replacement

International Customers (Outside AU) – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
