Rare vintage Mihara Yasuhiro archive piece from the 2000s.

A really unusual early Mihara Yasuhiro reconstructed Henley / thermal top, featuring a textured waffle-knit body with contrasting woven cotton detailing. Worn only a few times.

Beautifully unconventional construction with:

• Three-button sloped Henley neckline
• Contrasting fabric placket and cuffs
• Three-quarter length sleeves
• Exposed and asymmetric seam construction
• Split/asymmetric hem detailing
• Distressed/washed taupe-grey finish
• Original early MIHARA YASUHIRO neck label

This is from Mihara Yasuhiro’s earlier archive period, before the contemporary Maison Mihara Yasuhiro branding became ubiquitous, and is a much more unusual piece than the modern logo-led clothing. It’s a genuinely fascinating item with sloped twisted features.

The deliberately washed, faded and deconstructed appearance is part of the design. Very good vintage condition overall; please study the photographs as they form part of the description.

Size: Medium
Colour: washed taupe / grey-beige
Era: 2000s
Designer: Mihara Yasuhiro
Style: Japanese archive / reconstructed / deconstructed / Y2K

A genuinely scarce piece and increasingly collectible as early MIHARAYASUHIRO archive clothing becomes harder to find.
