Description
The bowl is of rounded form with a slightly flared rim. The exterior is painted with figures seated at a table within a landscape setting, with a balustrade and distant hills. Additional decorative panels include stylised fruit and scrollwork motifs.
The palette consists of iron-red, green, aubergine, and soft enamel tones. The interior is plain, with a small iron-red character mark to the centre.
Condition
There are two chips to the rim. Discolouration is present around the inner rim. There are surface marks and light wear across the interior. General wear to the enamel consistent with age.
