A portable hunting sandwich tin and spirit flask set by James Dixon & Sons, housed in its original fitted leather carrying case. The set comprises a rectangular EPBM sandwich tin with lift-off lid and ring handle, together with a cylindrical glass spirit flask with hinged silver-plated mount and screw cap. Both pieces fit within the leather case with shoulder strap, designed for travel and outdoor use. The sandwich tin has a plain utilitarian finish, while the flask has a star-cut base and hinged mount for pouring.

The set is in good condition for its age, with visible signs of age and use including surface scratches, light dents and wear to the plating. The leather case shows drying, cracking and general age-related wear. The strap is worn but present. The flask mount opens and closes as intended, though there is residue and wear to the interior.
