A legendary Soviet twin-lens reflex camera paired with a classic German light meter—everything you need to explore medium-format film photography in one authentic vintage bundle.
About This Bundle
The LOMO Lubitel 166B is a cult classic of the Lomography movement and a gateway into medium-format film photography. As a Twin-Lens Reflex (TLR) camera, you compose your shot by looking down into a bright waist-level viewfinder, creating a uniquely deliberate and rewarding photographic experience. Manufactured in the Soviet Union, the Lubitel ('Amateur' in Russian) is celebrated for its simplicity, robust plastic-bodied construction, and the distinctive, characterful images it produces—often featuring beautiful vignettes and rich, saturated colours that are impossible to replicate digitally.
Paired with this camera is a Gossen Sixtino Light Meter, a high-quality selenium meter made in West Germany. Famously requiring no batteries, it is the perfect, reliable companion for a fully manual camera like the Lubitel, helping you achieve accurate exposures in a variety of lighting conditions. Together, they form a complete, ready-to-shoot kit for the aspiring film photographer.

Condition Report
Grade: Very Good Vintage Condition
The camera body is in excellent shape with clean, intact leatherette and minimal visible wear. The plastic body shows no cracks or structural defects. The film advance, shutter cocking, and aperture and shutter speed controls all function correctly. The taking and viewing lenses appear clear and free from major scratches, haze, or fungus; minor internal dust specks are normal for a camera of this age and do not affect image quality. The viewfinder is bright with a visible central focusing spot. The Gossen light meter is in very good cosmetic condition and appears responsive to light (as a vintage selenium meter, absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed and it is sold as-is). The original vinyl cases and camera strap are included and show age-appropriate wear but remain fully functional and intact.
Please note: This camera has not been tested with film. Examine all photos carefully as they form the primary description of this vintage bundle.
