1L - 100L Double Layer Glass Jacket Reactor Chemical Stirred Reaction Vessel

Double-Layer Glass Reactor is designed as double-layer glass, and the inner layer is placed in the reaction medium for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be heated or cooled by using different cold and heat sources (refrigerant, hot water, or hot oil).

The working principle and application range of the double-layer glass reactor: under the constant temperature condition, in the closed glass reactor, the stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the use requirements, and the reaction solution can be refluxed. With distillation, the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the discharge port of the bottom of the kettle, and the operation is extremely convenient. It is an ideal pilot and production equipment for the synthesis of modern fine chemical plants, bio-pharmaceuticals, and new materials.

Double Layer Glass Reactor

1. GG17 high borosilicate glass, which can ensure good chemical and physical properties.
2. If hot oil cycles through the jacketed glass, heating experiments could be done. On the contrary, low temperature experiments can be done if the circulated fluid is cold.
3. The heat of reaction could be taken away quickly through water, which is cycling in the jacketed glass.
4. The design of large bottle mouth makes it easier to clean. 
5. LCD display makes it is easier and more convenient to measure temperature.
6.Gear Motor: International copper wire, high efficiency, long operation time, good stability and noise free, standard gears, no gap and abrasion resistance, CE approved.
7.Constant Pressure Funnel: Temp range -100°C - 400°C, strong acid and alkali resistant high temperature resistant high strength and hardness, feed rapidly, no residual and easy clean

9.Big Mouth discharge valve: Large diameter discharge valve: PTFE discharge valve adopts 180mm large bottle mouth design, easy to clean, easy to disassemble, no dead corner. Solid/liquid material can be easily released from the bottom.
