How to replace domes:

1. Remove the used dome by pulling it off the receiver and then discard it. This may require a bit of force.

2. Push the new dome over the ribbed end of the receiver.

3. Check that the dome is securely mounted by carefully lifting the lower part of the dome and verifying that the collar completely covers the ribbed end of the receiver.

Helpful Note:

It should be noted that domes have a specific lifespan, after which they must be replaced.

Replace hearing aid domes every 2-3 months or when it becomes stiff or brittle. After this period has expired, silicone products do not cover the auditory canal so tightly, which negatively affects sound amplification.

Compatibility: Our hearing aid domes compatible with ReSound LiNX2, LiNX3D, LiNX Quattro and ENYA behind the ear models (both RIC and open fit tubing BTEs).
Power Dome: also referred to as 'double' domes, usually opted for those with moderate-severe hearing loss for a better seal of sound.
3 Sizes: Small is 10mm diameter, Medium 11.5mm and Large 13mm. Please choose the proper size according to your actual needs. If you are not sure which size suits your ear canal, please order our trial pack (containing three different sizes) first.
