Professionally Scratchbuilt & Hand-Painted Model with Mekong River Diorama Base
This highly detailed 1/35 scale PGM V Armored Troop Carrier, commonly known as the “Tango,” recreates one of the distinctive armored riverine craft associated with U.S. operations during the Vietnam War.
Unlike a conventional plastic or resin kit build, this model is individually scratchbuilt by our model makers using a combination of Formex/PVC sheet, custom resin components, 3D-printed parts, metal pieces and other modeling materials.
The completed Tango is professionally assembled, hand-painted and weathered to recreate the heavily used appearance of a riverine combat vessel operating in Vietnam.
A dedicated Mekong River diorama/display base is INCLUDED, creating a substantial complete display for Vietnam War and military model collectors.

The base is designed specifically for the vessel and creates a complete riverine display inspired by the waterways of Vietnam.

Each Tango is individually scratchbuilt, assembled, painted and weathered by our model makers.
Production / handling time: approximately 30 business days.
Because each model is handmade, minor variations in paint tone, weathering and very small details may occur compared with the sample photographs.
Due to the large size and delicate nature of this handmade model, certain fragile projecting components such as antennas, weapons or other small fittings may be carefully detached and individually packed for safer international shipping.
Simple reattachment may be required after delivery.
