Vintage 1940's Captain Marvel Magic Whistle - Shazam.  Made by Fawcett Publications, and distributed by The Penny King Company.  The Whistle is in good condition, but the cardboard has yellowed with age.  I don't see any tears or bends.  The Whistle is 5" long and 2-3/4" wide.  Please view and enlarge all photos for a more detailed description.
