The bag is made out of a leather type material with HD metal chrome emblems, 4 red reflective lights, and tassels. It is black with red leather trim. The bas has 3 belt straps to keep them closed and secure. The bag can hold up to 15 pounds. The bag is 2 inches long, 15 inches tall, and, 5 inches wide. The bag shows some wear, scuff marks, paint splattet, but overall pretty good condition. It was made by Harley Davidson Motorcycles. It looks like it came off a 1997 Heritage Springer. I ONLY HAVE THE ONE BAG.
