A charming William Burns oil on board painting of Thames Barges.
William Burns was born in Sheffield and returned to painting following him setting up an architectural practice. He exhibited at the ROI and RA and had his first solo London exhibition in 1987.
This painting really captures the subject and will make a great addition to any collection.
