1930s 1940s Scrapbook 80+ Baby Child Birthday Valentine Xmas Cards Litho Die Cut

Estate find. An 8.5"x11" scrapbook devoted to keeping birthday and other holiday cards for a very beloved little boy named Larry. Mainly birthday cards, a few Valentine's Day, Easter, and Christmas ones. (NO Halloween.) Between 80 to 90 cards, most of which are floating loose in the pages, though some of the later ones are glued down. There are also several dozen smaller cards with only handwriting on them. Only the first half of the scrapbook contains cards.

Brands include Norwood, Rust Craft, White & Wyckoff, American Greetings, Hallmark, Hall Bros. These cards date from the mid-1930s (and possibly earlier) to the early 1940s.

I would recommend removing these from the scrapbook and storing them in something archival.

CONDITION: Discoloration and creases on cards. Some cards are glued into the book. All cards have handwriting in them. Scrapbook paper itself is disintegrating and tearing.

SHIPPING: This will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Whenever possible, I use recycled materials for shipping; if you would prefer all-new materials, please let me know before you buy.
