As a small business I do accept returns but can I please ask that you check the measurements I have taken the time to provide and if you need any additional ones please let me know. If you are unsure of fit please find your favourite matching item lay it on a table and compare against the measurements above.
Although I make every effort to photograph the items accurately, lighting conditions and variations in screen resolutions may mean that the colour in the photo is not an exact reproduction of the real thing. If the exact colour is important to you, please message me for more details.Items are stored carefully in a clean, smoke, vape and pet free environment, however it is advisable to rewash clothing in your choice of washing detergent before wearing, especially when purchasing preloved items and if you have allergies or are sensitive to smells.
Shipping
I do offer reduced postage for multiple orders, please message me before making payment so I can amend your invoice accordingly.
Postage includes Ebay fees which are also payable on postage as well as the item, packaging materials, travelling, time, petrol and insurance costs. Please note it is NOT free for business sellers to sell on Ebay!
I also offer a premium service on selected items which includes FREE postage and an express delivery option should you need the item quickly. However, please check with me prior to placing the order to ensure that I can dispatch the item the same day and payment will need to be made before 11am. I do not offer home collections.
Items will be dispatched within 2 working days (usually sooner) and the tracking number uploaded to your order. If you would like next day delivery or sending via another courier stated, an extra charge could be payable so please contact me first so I can send you an invoice. All items are sent tracked giving you that extra level of security and you can nominate a safe place/neighbour via the Evri/Royal Mail website if you are not going to be home. Please note that Evri does not deliver to some addresses including Jersey and the Channel Islands. Please ask for postage quote and I will send with an alternative courier if possible. For remote postcode locations which includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man the courier charges an extra £2.65. A paypal invoice will be sent for the surcharge to be paid.
Global Shipping Programme – International Buyers
International shipping is available through the Global Shopping Programme only. This is carried out through Ebay, I send your package to the UK shipping centre to be forwarded to yourself. Ebay set the prices therefore these can’t be combined or reduced. This is out of my hands I am afraid. Please note I do not accept international returns and misuse of the returns procedure will be reported.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item please contact me first before opening a return, and I will try to resolve any issues. The returns period is 14 days and the item must be in the same condition as sent, unworn/unused and with any tags still attached. I video the opening of all parcels that are returned. In compliance with Ebay’s return policy if the item is returned used, without tags, missing parts, or not in the same condition as it was sent then a deduction of up to 50% from the refund will be made. Misuse of the returns procedure and any abuse will be reported.
