Rare Lt. Surge's Raichu (28/132) Pokemon card from the unlimited edition of the English version of the Gym Heroes set that was originally released in 2000.

By my own assessment, the card is in lightly played condition with the most prominent imperfections being some very superficial surface scratches/scuffing that is primarily visible only under bright light at certain angles, along with some mild edge wear evident in places along the outside border.

It has no major structural compromises (holes, rips, folds) of any kind and is exactly the card shown in the pictures accompanying this listing.

The card will ship sleeved, and in a semi-rigid top-loader, included free of charge.
