Stock style mid control kit fits Harley Davidson Dyna FXD from 1991-2017. Mid foot controls put the rider in a more controlling position over the motorcycle. Forward controls can leave you feeling like you’re in a recliner, switching to this set up will put you in a more aggressive riding position. Includes almost everything you need to go back to a stock mid control set up. Parts are all finished in chrome. Supply a shifter peg, a set of foot pegs and the peg mounting hardware and you’re on your way. Designed to reuse some hardware on your motorcycle. If at some point it was converted to aftermarket forward controls, it's possible that a different extended shifter arm was installed, in that case you will need to purchase the stock inner shifter arm. VERIFY that the shifter arm penetrates through the inner and outer primary. Many models such as a Dyna Wide Glide came with stock forward controls, and there was no hole drilled through the inner primary to accept a shifter arm shaft. If you do not have that hole in your inner primary, the only way to mount mid controls will be to install an inner primary with the shift arm shaft hole drilled in it.
