Bombproof raincoat from Stutterheim. Bought about ten years ago when Stutterheim hand made their coats.

A classic Swedish staple, the Arholma is a heavier jacket than the Stockholm version and comprises of a vulcanised rubber shell with a cotton interior.

It has two deep hip pockets and an internal pocket. The hood can be adjusted via the drawstrings. The jacket has snap button fastenings.

The coat is slim cut but generous. I have worn a suit underneath with no issue. See pictures for measurements.

The jacket has not seen a lot of use over the years, but still has some signs of light wear. The interior has a small stain (pictured) and some very light bobbling.

It still serves its ultimate purpose however and is 100% waterproof. It’s a beautiful coat and absolutely a cut above the likes of Rains’ and Stutterheim’s current offerings. The British Racing Green finishes it all off. This jacket is now unavailable - a rare find. Bought for £330 new.

If you want to stay dry and look great - this is the coat for you.
