Sevres Louis Phillipe Service Des Bals Gold Monogram Sugar Bowl Circa 1845
Antique French porcelain sugar bowl. Decorated with the fancy gold gilt monogram for King Louis Philippe in the center. With gold gilding along the edge. This was part of the Service des Bals ordered for use at the royal estates. Marked on the bottom with the correct incised marks with a date code for 1844 and also marked in blue Sevres with a date code for 1845
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.
Measures approximately 4 inches wide from handle to handle x 4 inches tall to the top of the lid finial.
