A majority of this loot is holo and Reverse holo from more recent sets . That long Box is pretty much all holos and Reverse holos. The non holo cards are a mix of mostly yellow boarder cards. Probably well over 1500 here total. Id say about 60% or more are holos and Reverse holos.

Have just had these sitting around and havent played much recently. You get exactly what you see. I will probably add more cards here and there as I clean up and find more.
