Made from locally sourced wood from PEFC-certified French forests, this durable mill combines elegant design with practical everyday use. The innovative Zirlion mechanism is made from zirconia and specially designed to grind dry rock salt crystals measuring less than 6 mm. It can produce an ultra-fine powdered texture or a coarser, crunchy grind for controlled seasoning. The u’Select system offers six preset grind settings, easily adjusted using the ring at the base of the mill. Made in France and finished with a solvent-free coating, it has a smooth, refined appearance suitable for both kitchen and table use. Suitable for dry rock salt only. Not suitable for wet salt or moist dried salt.

Returns
