Description

“Stroker Belt Sander”. Plans to build a Stroke Sander. Excerpted from the article: “Touch control, full visibility, and capacity to handle wide boards and table tops, are the excellent features of this belt sander”.

The material sits on a large, sliding work table that can move forward and backward (in and out) beneath the spinning belt.
  • 6” Belt
  • 1/2 hp motor
  • Can be custom sized to suit your needs.

These design plans do not contain specific how-to steps - however they cover the all dimensions and elements needed for building one. They are not step-by-step instructions - hands-on experience is necessary - some of the details would have to be worked out by builder.
