An unusual patent cheroot cutter formed as a miniature key and designed to be carried as a watch fob. The cutter has a concealed guillotine-style blade within the circular bow, with the cutting aperture positioned at the opposite end for trimming a cheroot tip. It retains its original suspension ring and is stamped "PATENT" to the shank. It is in good antique condition, with age-related wear, surface marks and tarnishing throughout. The steel blade shows surface corrosion consistent with age. The cutter mechanism remains present. No attempt has been made to dismantle or restore the piece. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
