Aqua GXIII-42 Sheaf of Wheat Star Calabash Flask Circa 1850s 

Aqua calabash shape flask. Embossed on one side with 2 laurel branches curving down above a sheaf of wheat with pitch fork and rake and on the other side with 2 slugged out areas above an 8 pointed star. Open pontiled base. Applied tapered lip. Catalogued by Mckearin as GXIII-42. Circa 1850s. 

Condition is attic found; however, there is a pot stone on the sheaf of wheat side with several small radiations coming from it. No other damage. 

Measures approximately 5 1/4 inches wide x 9 3/8 inches tall.
