Item sold as shown - no boom.  Note that it intermittently works.  Sometimes just the lights work, sometimes the motor as well.  It must have some sort of short or bad connection.  MOST ODDLY, sometimes it works normally when the on/off switch is in the OFF position!!  Again, some kind of bad wiring/connection.
