Vintage Imperial portable typewriter in blue, made in Japan for Imperial Typewriter Company Ltd. Comes with original carry case, instruction booklet and keyboard fingering chart.

The typewriter is functioning and does type, however it would benefit from a general service/maintenance. The print is a little faint/dull in places, likely due to ribbon age, and the machine currently starts typing around the middle of the page so the margins/settings may need adjusting.

Cosmetically in good vintage condition overall with age-related marks, light wear and some yellowing/discolouration to a few keys and paperwork as shown in photos.
