International orders are handled exclusively through eBay’s Global Shipping Programme. I send the item to eBay’s UK shipping centre, and they handle international delivery. The return period is 14 days and items must be returned in original condition and for clothing unused, unworn, and with any tags attached. All returns are recorded via video for quality assurance and are security marked.
As per eBay’s policy, items returned used, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to a refund deduction of up to 50%. Misuse of the returns process and abuse will not be tolerated and will be reported to eBay and relevant Authorities.
