A highly unusual original USSR commemorative set dedicated to Vladimir Lenin and the centenary of his birth.

This appears to have been produced as an official commemorative presentation, possibly distributed to participants or delegates of Communist Party events or celebrations connected with Lenin’s 100th anniversary. While the exact distribution is unknown, complete surviving sets are seldom encountered.
