Grading Information
Grade A -
Grade A mobile phones and tablets look like new at first glance, and are considered in 'Excellent' condition. The device may have very light scratching to the casing (not visible from 18cm away) and no visible scuffs/presure marks/scratches on the screen. The device will have no dents. The minimum battery health will be 80%.
Grade B -
A Grade B refurbished mobile phone or tablet have stricter grading than laptops or desktops, and are considered 'very good' condition. The device will have some signs of use, such as hairline scratches to the casing, and very light scratches on the screen that are invisible when turned on. The device will have no dents. The minimum battery health will be 80%.
Grade C -
A Grade C refurbished mobile phone or tablet have stricter grading than laptops or desktops, and are still considered in 'good' condition. The device will have some moderate signs of use, such as small scratches or dents (no more than 3cm) to the casing, and light to mild scratches on the screen that are invisible when the screen is on. The minimum battery health will be 80%.
Grade D -
The device may show severe signs of wear, such as cracks, dents, chips or missing parts. The device may be fine cosmetically but the battery health may be under 80%Used/Untested -
it is the buyer's responsibility to determine the condition of the device and whether it is appropriate for their needs. It is highly recommended to check all the pictures and ask questions before making any purchase decision.
This mobile phone is being sold "as-is" and does power on. Since we only test this item to see if it turns on, as-well as the battery health where possible, we are unable to guarantee its functionality or the device, therefore being sold as FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. Some devices may have been previously tested but further issues have resulted in this being classed as Used.
