Nippon Vanity Tray & Covered Box Hatpin Holder Raised Gold Yellow & Blue

Tray measures 11" x 7-1/4" x 1/2" tall

Covered box measures 5-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 3" tall 

the set weighs 2 pounds 14 ounces

noted from the Nippon group,  was that the design is unusual as it shows a vase with flowers.  Another expressed: "The pattern looks so much like a copy of cloisonne design" 

the remnant of sticker on the back of the tray is by Smith-Wadsworth Hardware Company of Charlotte, NC 

Overall great condition, the box has one small chip on the edge of the rim (not the lid) and the tray has a small chip on the rim edge, like gold chipped away, the hatpin holder has significant damage around the rim,  I have included close up photos of these areas on  the pieces, please view the last photos.
