- All LEDs must be operated with sufficient cooling to increase the thermal conductivity, before mounting, coat with thermal past.
- Do not press the luminous body of the LED! Please contact us if you have any questions .
- Heat conductive paste 1 single packages à 0,5g on silicone basis with high thermal conductivity thermal conductivity: ~2.15W/m-k for CPU, LED amplifier repair work etc.
- Please remove old paste carefully if available! Apply paste only very thinly heat conductive adhesive. for easy mounting of LED and other components on heat sinks. Apply little adhesive to the heat sink, press LED firmly onto it (please do not press on the heat sink or the silicone cover), let it rest for 24 hours if possible.
