What You Will Receive:
One portion of fresh, live Chaetomorpha macro algae.
The algae will be gently drained before packaging, so the portion may appear smaller or compressed when it arrives. Once placed into aquarium water, it will naturally expand.
Care Instructions:
Place the Chaeto in a refugium, sump chamber or suitable area of the aquarium with moderate water movement and an appropriate aquarium light.
For best results, provide regular lighting and periodically rotate or separate the algae to ensure all areas receive light.
Important Information:
As this is a live, naturally grown product, the exact colour, shape and density may vary between portions.
Although every effort is made to inspect and clean the algae before dispatch, live algae may occasionally contain small harmless organisms, copepods or other microfauna. We recommend inspecting and rinsing it in clean saltwater before adding it to your aquarium.
