Vintage Rice University's Mascot Sammy The Owl Figurine 

Fresh from a Dallas estate comes this vintage Schleich's Biegefiguren figurine of Rice University's mascot, Sammy the Owl, from the 1960s.  

• This Schleich's Biegefiguren rubber figurine was made in West Germany.  
• The design is a blue and brown owl with RICE in raised letters painted white on it's chest.
• The bottom of one foot reads "Schleich's Biegefiguren."
• The bottom of the other foot reads "Made In West-Germany."
• This figurine measures 4" tall, approximately 3 1/4" deep and 4 1/2" wide. 
• This item is in excellent vintage condition with no cracks, flaws or repairs.
• There is some light wear on the tips of the ears, wings and tail.
