In very good condition - but not mint - may have the odd mark, scratch, blemish, signs of wear, bit of rust etc - as you would expect from a used part. NB...exhaust in very good usable condition, not dinked....not certain which exact model it's from  - doesn't have a front mount, though (see pics)......
