Ilco 1 inch mortise cylinder w~ 2 SC1 Schlage keys and Adams Rite cam.    Adams Rite cams are used on glass storefront doors.     Probably used on some commercial buildings.   See last photo for how to measure length of a mortise cylinder - its from the back of the faceplate to the back of the cam.
