The mattress is included if you want it. It’s a Sealy mattress. It is stained/worn but would be fine for a spare room (as ours was used for…..about once every 3/4 years), or for letting/students.
You can also have the king size 12 Tog duvet if you want it, which is in good condition.
As well as the 4 pillows….all optional and free if buying the frame. If not I will give them to a homeless charity.
