The 1971 Sandwich Amber Collection Tiara Fruit Dessert Bowl Set is a vintage pair of round dessert bowls made of pressed glass. Featuring a mid-century modern style with a vibrant amber color and a flower pattern, these discontinued bowls are from the Sandwich Amber Collection by Tiara. Produced in Indiana in 1971, these bowls are a perfect addition for all occasions and are currently hand wash only for maintenance. Made in the USA and licensed reproduction, these bowls are a nostalgic piece of late 20th-century décor.
Good condition. No chips or cracks noticed.
These are used, so there is some slight wear, marks and scuffs in spots
(see photos), but nothing major noted. These are pressed glass, so there
is some imperfections in the pieces, including air bubble, straw marks
and some roughness where you can see that the glass didn't release from
the mold perfectly (see photos). All, completely normal for the process
and and the time they were produced. There is some hard water buildup
and scaling on the bottom of some of the pieces (see photos). It's not
showing up too well in the photos and isn't super noticeable unless
inspecting closely under bright light. It may be able to be restored
with a good warm vinegar soak. Overall a beautiful throwback set. Please
