WULFENITE CRYSTALS - 8 cm

This is a very good small cabinet specimen featuring beautiful crystals of red wulfenite on matrix. The crystals are complete and undamaged. The largest crystal measures 7 mm on edge. A sparkling druse of tiny wulfenite and mimetite crystals covers the entire top of the specimen. With magnification the crystals reveal wonderful details. On dark calcite matrix.

The specimen is number 9-197 in the catalog of the Joseph Mitchell collection which consisted of worldwide minerals collected from 1937 to 1987.
