Shipments to the United States
For U.S. orders under USD 2,500 (item price, excluding shipping), we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import duties and standard carrier customs / import processing fees are handled on our side. You should not be asked to pay extra import charges after checkout. For dutiable items (audio gear, accessories, and similar), U.S. shipping rates may already reflect import-related costs—please do not expect a second import bill from the carrier on eligible DDP shipments. eBay Sales Tax collected at checkout, if any, is separate from customs / import fees.

Shipments to the European Union
From 2026, the EU applies new import rules for low-value parcels.

Item value €150 or less (excluding shipping): We ship with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and standard customs processing for eligible low-value shipments are handled on our side, so you should not need to pay extra import charges at delivery.

Item value over €150 (excluding shipping): Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility, as before.

The United Kingdom is not part of this EU low-value rule.

Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please message us right away. We will take full responsibility and work with you quickly and fairly to resolve it.

Returns:
We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Customs & Unclaimed Packages:

Where import duties are the buyer’s responsibility, items returned due to unpaid customs duties or being left unclaimed will not receive a full refund. Any return shipping costs and resulting loss in value may be deducted from a possible refund. U.S. DDP orders and eligible EU low-value DDP shipments are excluded from this unpaid-duty case.
