The Framed size measures 14" x x18" / Actual painting size measures 12" x 16"

The frame has a small separation at the bottom left corner

The colors are bright and vibrant / There appears to be some small microscopic white dots on the bottom portion of the painting that may have occurred during when the room was being painted-perhaps some ceiling splatter? Hopefully not a deal breaker-but worth mentioning. Use the Zoom magnifying feature to see.
