Our items are always packed well for transport.

• We dispatch with Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless stated. Items bought on a Friday afternoon will be posted on Monday, as we are unable to post on a Saturday.
• We accept payment through PayPal on eBay only.
• We do not offer returns on job lot auctions or listings for spares, repairs or items that clearly state faults or damage to the item in the description unless the item has been damaged in transit.
• Higher priced electrical items & crockery will be security marked.
• We charge a small fee for packaging and petrol costs.
• Second-hand, vintage, and antique items will not always be in perfect order. We will point out any flaws in the description.
• Let us know if you want to buy multiple items to combine postage.
• We will issue a refund if we overestimate the cost of postage in error.
• Buyers who win an auction or accept an offer must pay within the 4-day eBay required period. After this time, the item will be relisted, and the transaction will be cancelled.  
• Boxes. Photo props and display units in photos are not included unless specified.
