This auction is an incredibly rare opportunity to own one of the two most valuable and rare of the original Wizards of the Coast, Black Star Promo cards.
The Pokemon Center, number 40, I believe was printed and distributed at the New York Pokemon Center in 2001. This card also comes with the red card that it would have come alongside of when being distributed - that card is also in near mint condition.
Please thoroughly study all pictures and the video included in the listing, I have done my best to ensure the full condition of the card is fully represented.
