This is a Standard Gauge or G scale figure of a mailman delivering the mail. He measures 2-3/8" tall (approx. 1:32 scale). The figure is a reproduction cast in tin from a scarce cast iron original (Grey Iron, circa 1940s) and is hand-painted by Leddy & Slack.  He wears a blue uniform and is carrying his mailbag and some letters to deliver. He would make a charming addition to any vintage Standard Gauge or G scale street layout.
