Pokémon Dark Gyarados 1st Edition Holo Rare #8/82 Team Rocket Swirl Holo (2000)

Add a piece of vintage Pokémon history to your collection with this Dark Gyarados Holo Rare #8/82 from the 2000 Team Rocket expansion. This is the 1st Edition holographic version featuring the iconic Team Rocket stamp and artwork by Kagemaru Himeno. The Team Rocket expansion was released in 2000 and introduced the popular “Dark Pokémon” cards.

A visible holo swirl is present in the artwork. Based on the photos, the swirl is positioned in a way many collectors casually refer to as a “fart swirl” because it appears to originate behind Gyarados. This is collector slang only—not an official Pokémon or grading designation—but it is a searchable term that some buyers specifically look for.
