Pair of Sterling Silver Swan Pepperettes by Boaz Moses Landeck Chester 1908
Item Details
These Edwardian novelty pepperettes are modelled as swans with finely engraved feather decoration and pierced fronts beneath the necks for dispensing pepper. They were imported by Boaz Moses Landeck and assayed at Chester in 1908. Similar Continental novelty silver was produced for the British market during the Edwardian period and remains popular with collectors today.
Both pepperettes are in good antique condition with age-related surface wear, light scratches and minor tarnishing. The hallmarks remain clear and both stand well. No significant dents or repairs are evident.
Returns are handled in line with eBay policy and the returns setting on this listing.
