Very unique old stencil from western grocer Company. I find record of this company in Marshalltown, Iowa Cedar Rapids, Iowa Albert Lea, Minnesota Kansas City, Missouri. I did purchase this in Iowa and do believe it is a local piece from Iowa.

Was likely for the top of the barrel or drum. But a great vintage advertising piece. Likely one of a kind.

Is a nice vintage condition does have a fair amount of denting, a few solder and staple repairs especially one in the word grocer on the bottom. And the top of the letter R is just hanging by a staple,

likely should just be mounted to a board or something to preserve.
