Soyuz MS-05 Crew Autographed Space Cover

Dedicated to the Post-Launch Welcome Meeting at Star City (February 16, 2018)

Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible space cover commemorating the successful mission of Soyuz MS-05 (Expedition 52/53).

This cover features the authentic, hand-signed signatures of the entire three-member international crew. It was canceled at Star City (Zvezdny Gorodok) on February 16, 2018, to mark the traditional post-flight ceremonial meeting of the crew.

Randy "Komrade" Bresnik – NASA Astronaut (Flight Engineer)

Paolo Nespoli – ESA Italian Astronaut (Flight Engineer)

Historical Mission Details:

The Mission: Soyuz MS-05 was the 134th flight of a Soyuz spacecraft.

Launch: July 28, 2017 – delivering the crew to the International Space Station (ISS).

Return: December 14, 2017 – safely returning to Earth after a successful 139-day orbit.

The Event: This envelope was postmarked on February 16, 2018, during the official crew homecoming celebration at Star City, the historic home of Soviet and Russian cosmonaut training.

Cover Design & Postal Details:

Postmarks: Features the special Star City Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center cancellation dated 16-02-18(February 16, 2018).

Stamps: Standard Russian postage stamp paired with a beautiful custom Soyuz MS-05 crew portrait stamp.

Cachet: Features high-quality printed portraits of the crew in their Sokol spacesuits, mission patches, and the Russian text commemorating the solemn meeting of the ISS-52/53 crew ("Торжественная встреча экипажа МКС - 52/53").

Dimensions: Standard size, approximately 8-5/8" x 4-1/4" (22 cm x 11 cm).

Condition:

Excellent, pristine condition. Sharp corners, vibrant colors, and clear, bold signatures.
