Used but works as it should. Scotch Brand M-920, model 49000 definite Length Tape Dispenser. I cleaned it up but was sitting around awhile. Works perfectly. Missing 2 rubber feet as shown. Tamper proof clear mark. Last photo shown without black light, invisible. €
