  • Shipping Damage - If an item arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep all packing material for a possible carrier inspection.  If you discard the packing material, we cannot guarantee the carrier will honor the shipping insurance

  • Non-U.S. based customers - If a listing is noted to only be sold in the United States and you have it sent to another country, we are unable to guarantee it will function properly nor be able to help you with return shipping.
