Aa professional compound-microscope, with plan optics Along with the bright-field condenser, a phase slide & objective-lens are included for applications requiring contrast enhancement. The backward nosepiece offers ergonomic control over the four objectives: 4X, Phase10X, Phase40X, 100X. With the 10X & 20X wide-field eyepieces, magnification levels from 40X to 2000X can be achieved with extreme clarity. The head can be swiveled 360°, and features a 30° incline with compensation-free interpupillary-adjustment. The ultra-smooth stage moves with coaxial translation controls. The 3W LED (30W halogen equivalent) provides a cool, daylight-balanced light-source. The phase contrast condenser is designed for use with translucent live samples to prevent the use of stains or dyes, and can provide high NA for higher magnifications.
